...w. The seniors are very co-operative and provide a helping hand whenever needed. The salary at Reliance is very good. The Reliance Township is a good place to live and work, company is 3-4 km away. So, one can reach company in almost no time. Also the township is equipped with playground, gym, swimming pools, canteens, auditorium etc.

Since 10 years, I'm in this organisation but my salary has not yet come up according to my experience. Like other companies, there is a slab / bracket for particular experience wise candidate regarding CTC. Soon, I'm resigning from the organisation.

Nothing, literally nothing.

...opholes. Immaterial of which background you’re from they make you read the code. No proper salary, appraisal is a joke. Only those who licks higher ups feet all the time survive here. And yeah, 7 am the work starts for me, i just used to sit up for lunch and dinner, both at odd timings. The work ends post 11:30pm. You will get severe depression.

Work life balance is completely horrible and salary offered at the time of joining is different what you getting at month end. They hide medical compansation part. They call Area HR but treat like entry level recruiter. Pure end to end recruitment.

Poor Salary structure.. No promotions/appraisal is there for young blood. All benefits and appraisal are for senior/Leader family employee only. Uneven Salary structure for young professionals. Lack of quality training. Dirty office politics forces the good employees to leave the organisation.
