Low compensation, no appraisals, lack of growth opportunities. Wouldn't recommend joining Mumbai office for people with less than 10 years experience as learning will be flat. Better to join Jamnagar site for learning opportunities.

With any doubt Reliance is one of the best place to work. Great work life balance. Team is very supportive. Provide time to develop our skills.

Salary structure is way more complicated that it appears. CTC and in hand salary is very different.

Low to medium salary. Huge difference in salary structure. Non existent promotion policy. Awkward location. Hr policy & middle management not to supportive. Problematic office culture.

...ell-being of the employees. In No way it's working culture is employee friendly. No compensation for working extra hours or in off days. Employees are grilled most of the time by seniors during the review meetings for not able to achieve unreal targets.
