Dislikes

Not giving care for employees family. Salary hike very poor. Newly joined employees are getting more salary as compared to old employees. Salary hikes purely based on favouritism. Empoyees are not able to utilize their previlage leave. Heavy pressure at work place.

Firstly, the long commute to office is really tiring. Secondly, salary and promotion. Lastly, I think we should have more team-building activities.

Need to improve on annual salary hikes and also need to improve job rotation policies to avoid monotonous job routines.

...n 2 years also. If u resigned then they will not give Acb.worest policy for ACB. Better to negotiate Fixed salary only. Don't consider variable in this company. They will not give variable.
