Work culture varies a lot across different teams work pressure varies from low to quite high, compensation is not good. Learning is also based on different teams. Fewer chances of growth but good job security and campus is nice.

Compensation is not good. HR also does not support much. Hr does not have any clue about increment. Work environment also varies among teams

Policies are good and enough steps towards care taken by company Increment and bonus are differed and only bonus given partially and the other part would never going to come that all loss of employees

...ment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and appraisals are fair.

There is a bond of 2 years.(Job security--feeling better).Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Excellent place for young engineers to develop their skills in field of Refining and petrochemicals. RIL gives lot of training for employees including various simulation softwares. Best part of RIL is that it various departments which focuses on job sets making us subject matter experts.

Dislikes

I feel, salary is average but they have good township with all the facilities.
