Any senior are not support any junior they give only pressure HR say on joining you work in this company only for sales but after joining you do sales after that service is on your pressure

Good but staff behavior is very bad,as well as interference of another section staff.Genius person can't work freely in the company Management people not paying attention on that matters.Hr not respond to the employee health, complaint.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics & Management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 3 months after resign you can not release the company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment but no growth opportunities. Low salary. I have 5 years experience but GET join double of my salary. After 3 years working my takeoff salary gradually down.

Dislikes

No accomodation. No travel. No good food. Deduct mony from your account due to all facility.

...y robust and strong. Had a good team mates but good nos of them left in between. Career growth was steady and salary was moderate. Travel facilities were ok. Good enviornment for those who want to learn. Work life balance for me went for a toss as I was work alcoholic and also depend upon the person whom you are reporting. Overall good experience !!
