Traning, Learning, skill development are very good. Someone can get better theoretical knowledge. PSMS is good. Work life balance is not so bad, it's ok.

Dislikes

Main and big problem is salary. You won't get a better hike unless you negotiate. Management will entertain your negotiate once you put resignation. One reliance one family is only in papers not actually.

Reward: At intial level, salary increment is very less in terms of percentage eventhough performance is high. Increment at intial level should be high w.r.t higher level positions because salary is quite low and bacame very difficult to make good salary evenafter number of years working tirelessly.

Dislikes

Increment: salary increment at initiative level during work period is quite low in terms of percentage. In current policy it is next to impossible to achieve growth in terms of salary as increament is below 10% eventhogh performance is excellent. Policy should be such that it should elevates employee finacially for manager level so that do not need to worry about looking for part time job and can completely focus on work.

Average salary is better than other companies, health insurance is provided by the company.

Dirty politics prevail in this company, career growth is very little, Absolutely no chance for career growth and development, no work-life balance. HR behaves like a monarch or dictator. Horrible working conditions. Company with low to absolutely no ethics.

Apart from Job security, nothing is positive here.

...before planning. Bad work-life balance. Management doesn't respect subordinates. Despite company making huge profit, no or little monetary compensation and increment given. Doesn't allow employees to take leave citing Covid as an excuse. Doesn't allow employees to leave township even for personal work. Threaten with job security if employees question. No regards given to physical or mental well-being of an employee.

Medical facilities are good compare to other organization, specially in COVID-19 situation

...ownship is still isolated while COVID Situation is getting normal at outside. 2.Increment or relevant compensation should be there(not given this year) because company is already running without affecting business. 3. Many Employees are still doing 12 hours duties as a part of COVID-19 precautions but 12 hr duty itself not safe for health.
