No work life balance. Terrible creative pressure from higher lavel management. Working culture wasn't good. Office politics are there. Feavourism & nepotism are very common word here specially on Eastern Region. Terrible senior management present here who always demotivate you, playing with your skills & self respect. Everytime you thought that why you are doing this job. No escalation matrix present here. HR team also sit here like a statue. No one help you. No one train you. No one give you the company SOP. All are here to blame you, scolded you, many times they are using slang language. No corporate manners was present here. No extra facility was provided here. No overtime, No extra pay, No bonus, No incentives was present here. You will only get your salary on time. No proper working hours was present here. Every day you have to spend 12 to 13 hours in office. All over there is no space of growth, learnings and achievements. No one appreciate you for a good work.

Poor Salary structure.. No promotions/appraisal is there for young blood. All benefits and appraisal are for senior/Leader family employee only. Uneven Salary structure for young professionals. Lack of quality training. Dirty office politics forces the good employees to leave the organisation.

They fire you immediately if they have no project Reliance company don't think about employees future. If one desktop and laptop vacant in any Jio centre and jio point next day they will remove from there. The business head is very crucial at employees whenever they come at jio center they behave like cruel ruler. If they come in office and you didn't stand up from your seat you should understand that your job will no longer.
