Main point of disliking is that experienced old employees always get lesser compensation than the new. This creates a sense of frustration among old existing employees. I had to.leave because one of the employees was not liking my stay. I was not given any opportunity to defend my conduct. Company knew it that I could amend many Acts and Rules by convincing the government. I did many a almost impossible jobs for the company without spending an extra copper.

It's safety measures and documentation for everything even for little things, accommodation

...e daily it willtake 1hr 40 min morning and 2hrs in evening due to heavy traffic. No promotion No value for new ideas Good salary on paper but very less in-hand after cutting Very less increment

Every individual is given his space. L & D is encouraged, follows the process & regulatory requirements.

Pay Scale has to uniform...lateral employees like us should be paid well..ofcourse its my mistake I didn't negotiate during my time.😊

...of highest order in the country. Oppurtinity to learn and practice is excellent. Working conditions and pay packages are the best. Safety is of highest order in every inch of work.

The company does not provide any career growth. Individuals have to look for opportunities within the segments and compete every time for his own elevation.

Company withdraw many benefits without compensation.they had maintained market share of polymer but didn't bother on company growth. Many plants were closed with out any logic

Their short vision and ignoring local employee and talent
