Company management not bothered about giving annual increament to the employees. Also huge difference in salary between experienced and GETs. No any guidelines about salary revision with respect to Market inflection rate. No any salary comparison with other refinery. Lot of system for implementation but no manpower to work for that new system and only limited manpower are pressurised to compliance that new systems. No policy for experienced person related to his performance compensation.

Learning is good . All learning documents easily approachable.

Dislikes

Salary increment comparatively lower side -3-4% in hand salary especially for shift engineers and lower position like executives and panal officer get higher salary increment 8-12% . This should be harmonised. Except this concern, all things is excellent

Management members are always encouraging as well as helping to learn new work task which could help for a better carrier

Dislikes

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.

1.Promotions are nill or v low for deserving candidates even salary growth is average. 2.Work n life are not banaced should must be 5 days a week. 3.Dress code n office timing must be adhere for all ...its not to be flexible fully yes somewhat may allow. 4.Disciline among Admin staff must be there n coopertion must be followed. 5.Suggestions must be implemented what we did in surveys. 6.Rewads n rcognition must be there on monthly basis with certifications . 7.Extra curicular activies are NILL.
