Everything from work culture to compensation to increment.... It's like the pay you join is the pay you'll be even after 3-4 years. They didn't even increase the joining CTC for the Campus recruits also.

Very large conglomerate and pays salary on time.scale of projects is very big & of good quality.

Huge complexity on how things are done. Rules apply for those who follow.promises made during recruitment not kept.New comers are not welcome As old timers feel comfortable.still works on godfather style processes.all have an air of being more loyal than king himself. Bad place to work for senior new persons especially if the reporting boss has not had a role in recruiting u.for every position they have a spare lurking from where enimosity stems from

Work Life Balance is average , Compensation not matching efforts put in by employees, Growth is slow , All the decision making powers are centered at Head Office and site management has very less decision making power , low value to loyalty of employees ( people working in organizations for more than 20 years are treated as liability instead of treating them as Assets) , Management believes in hiring External People for Key Jobs rather than giving chance to home grown talent , HR policies are not upto the mark.
