Never join Relinace on contract basis. It has no value and no increament, no bonus, no facility. Join any small company rather than join reliance on fixed term or contract.

Low compensation, no appraisals, lack of growth opportunities. Wouldn't recommend joining Mumbai office for people with less than 10 years experience as learning will be flat. Better to join Jamnagar site for learning opportunities.
