Can't expect Promotions & Appraisals in executive role no matter how long you work here, but as your experience grows your target also grows but not payment. However this is not as per company policy but managers here asks you to do so. Working hours will be more than 14hrs a day For HSO.

Company hires more people than the other companies with great policies. provides high quality of products.i like the team work among the people.i am glad to have a part of team that market reliable.i like the employee re-hire policy here.

Growth is slow and compensation is not satisfactory as per my work hours.I have to work 10-11 hours in a day.some times i don't get help from my highers.

Job not secure from reliance Jio because high position employee our position will safe to remove low position employee. Like company higher new state head they are coming and applied our new rules .
