... very few items which are kept in advance. Ex- Nut-bolt ,Bearing,Shit,belt etc 3- Salary- A-The salary of Relance Barabanki employes is low. B-The workers who are on Contract, their salary is very less.

The salary package is good for a chemical engineer compared to others The accommodation provided in the township cannot be competed by any company Up to date with every new trend and making it easy to access different resources Functions and parties held are great with many renowned celebrities

You cant expect a very good work-life balance They expect you to be devoted to your work Getting holidays is a a hugeassle Older employees are not very helpful

Secured job, good work life balance. Good for those who have rich experience in their domain and want a steady life

Dislikes

Low compensation, no appraisals, lack of growth opportunities. Wouldn't recommend joining Mumbai office for people with less than 10 years experience as learning will be flat. Better to join Jamnagar site for learning opportunities.

recruitment procedure. They are deducted bonus from the FT CONCERNS. After all yearly hardwored people can't get their bonus.

Facility only, work load is to much, in timing is fix but out timing is not fix. No over time even you work 16 hours, no any lunch, dinner, tea you have to pay for that even contract person will ask you to pay for their foods and you have to pay. Some sections heads will talk to you like "kaidi".
