I am going to talk about reliance industries not about its subsidiaries like jio,retail etc Ril’s main business is from hydrocarbon manufacturing plants. 1.Employees in RIL have zero talking/email , professional etiquette’s. 2.Most of employee’s are of 40–60 age groups who spent their whole life in ril doing excel sheet work. 3.Environment and work culture is old school. Sir,madam and licking culture. 4.They utilise each and every thing in office for personal work. 5. Three month notice period. 6. Chances of promotion is very less because no one leaves the office so no chance of replacement.
