...nce Industries is very big in navi Mumbai . I love Reliance Industries Limited . But I was worked there on 3rd party pay roll 9 years but no chances of permanent, but I work also on third party , but in Covid period they ordered for worked from home ,after that I was at home but in this period happen incident with me , my contract renewal time was march , and they not renew my contract i. Lockdown period, I request again and again that please extend my contract till lock down period finish , after that I will call again and agin , but they not accept my request , my boss told ne that take government help for your family , I was shocked , because my income was stopped and from that time I am facing financial problems in lockdwon be period , no job opportunity in this period.I request an to my HOD my boss as well as in hr , but no one single person for my help & till I am facing financial problem , my be Boss was told ne that I request in foundation to give some help to him . Every time of renewal time I was requested to them , sir please renew my contract, after that they renewed my contract for only 3 months..

Good exposure. Way above compensation benefits than the market but on tge same time it makes you irrecrutable in the market. U'll get increments but not promotions. Work culture is a typical dictatorship mindset. You are not allowed to bring in any change for good, if it increases people's accoutability. Better work styles come with a freedom of speech.
