Work life balance is completely horrible and salary offered at the time of joining is different what you getting at month end. They hide medical compansation part. They call Area HR but treat like entry level recruiter. Pure end to end recruitment.

Poor Salary structure.. No promotions/appraisal is there for young blood. All benefits and appraisal are for senior/Leader family employee only. Uneven Salary structure for young professionals. Lack of quality training. Dirty office politics forces the good employees to leave the organisation.

Company gave appraisal in oct and for highest rating which is A* appraisal was 9% only. So ask more and more hike on joining itself and do not expect more hike after.

Advice for Career- New Offer vs current organisation
I got an offer from Shell, Chennai with a hike of approx 40%. But the current organisation (Gujarat) offers the same CTC. Suggest, what should I do? The profile is completely changed from maintenance to Reliability. Should i change my home town state and join shell chennai or stay in the same organisation by accepting Hile? Current Organisation: Benefit: More savings, Near to Home town, will get promotion in 2 years, Disadvantages: More stress and Load. Working from long( 10 years) Shell Chennai: Benefit: No stress, less Work, Hibrid job and flexible time. Disadvantages: Location, language, Food( May be). Please suggest what should I do? Should I accept new offer and change job?
