Yes but here is salary problem like here there is not much growth in salary and every year they changes the insurance that also effects lot on Salary while the working Enviroment is nice .

Appraisal its not on time from last 2 years its delay and while there is not so much apprisal as you think you can get .

Not giving care for employees family. Salary hike very poor. Newly joined employees are getting more salary as compared to old employees. Salary hikes purely based on favouritism. Empoyees are not able to utilize their previlage leave. Heavy pressure at work place.
