The culture is ok(better than most of the corporates). Learning opportunities depends on your manager.

Dislikes

Pay and salary hikes not what I expected. Pace is very slow. Too many bottlenecks which slows down projects. Not using modern technologies.

Celebrated festival very well work enthusiasm

Dislikes

Treat the employees like a slave's and treated as backbend officer unsatisfied with the job and they offered very poor salary but they assign too much of work, make conditions for in and out and observed too much that overall work experience is too bad

Work culture is good

Dislikes

Promotion and hikes are very low. If you join on low package it will be very difficult to get satisfactory hike next year Performance Bonus return - will have to return the bonus if you leave before 6 months after getting bonus so basically you will need to wait total 9 months to get out from the organization
