This company’s atmosphere is very much open and you can work freely in your own way

Opportunity and career growth is not good enough in RGICL and many skilled employees leave RGICL for their poor salary structure specially off role employees

Compensation was good, though growth was slow but it was always there for the desirable candidate. Pressure will always be a part of any organization if one is in sales

Treat the employees like a slave's and treated as backbend officer unsatisfied with the job and they offered very poor salary but they assign too much of work, make conditions for in and out and observed too much that overall work experience is too bad
