Working in reliance for the last 2 years too much pressure out on the off roll employees if you are on reliance payroll then u can enjoy allthe benefits

Opportunity and career growth is not good enough in RGICL and many skilled employees leave RGICL for their poor salary structure specially off role employees

Treat the employees like a slave's and treated as backbend officer unsatisfied with the job and they offered very poor salary but they assign too much of work, make conditions for in and out and observed too much that overall work experience is too bad
