Reliance digital is largest retail company and now no1 in PAN INDIA. There is lots of opportunities to grab but this takes a long...But job is secure.

No holidays,work and lifestyle balance is so bad.Salary package is so bad.

Salary is always on time. They paid even during the Pandemic when stores were closed. The values of the company are really good since they are designed by the HO. But when it comes to Regional level, its just the opposite. They have rules for everything and if you follow rules then Reliance gives the most secured job in India.

Dislikes

CTC is misleading as Health Insurance is compulsory and you get a huge deduction. Work Life Balance is zero and you will not be able to take care of your family if you are an employee of Reliance. Working hours as per rules are never followed and you are expected to answer their calls outside duty hours at odd hours also. Even you get calls sometimes at 2am. There is no Growth, only politics especially in Eastern India under the leadership of RM Mr. Rajib Das. Only suggestion to candidates applying in Reliance Digital will be to keep a mindset where you are being sent to some prison where you will be bonded for 24 hours a day.

Its a really pleasure that I am working in RD. During lockdown when everyone is losing job in that very situation we have been paid regular basis salary, even advance salary. So this is really good thing that we had sufficient food on table through out this pandemic.

Dislikes

First of all office time duration, which I can understand that after all this is retail. Secondly as I am working in support team, I found that internal processes a little bit complex and which has a direct effect on customer. And one thing we have to improve our after sales services.

This is my personal advice. Please change the salary package increase the salary. Mainly back office employees suffer the salary.that's it. And no more problems only salary problem. I'm also give for salary problem.
