Long process method which is so irritating, and also customer refund process customer support services internal stores, many time product availability, price differences between jio mart and relience digital, some times and also festival times we can see huge price difference between jio mart online and offline store sale rates

Salary is always on time. They paid even during the Pandemic when stores were closed. The values of the company are really good since they are designed by the HO. But when it comes to Regional level, its just the opposite. They have rules for everything and if you follow rules then Reliance gives the most secured job in India.

Dislikes

CTC is misleading as Health Insurance is compulsory and you get a huge deduction. Work Life Balance is zero and you will not be able to take care of your family if you are an employee of Reliance. Working hours as per rules are never followed and you are expected to answer their calls outside duty hours at odd hours also. Even you get calls sometimes at 2am. There is no Growth, only politics especially in Eastern India under the leadership of RM Mr. Rajib Das. Only suggestion to candidates applying in Reliance Digital will be to keep a mindset where you are being sent to some prison where you will be bonded for 24 hours a day.

Reliance family is a part of my life where i learn business ideas and handling various types of cuatomer.Its very challenging task at retail sector but i have completed 2.5 year job experience at Reliance Digital Retail Limited and definitly if again reliance will give the oppertunity for working with Relainace Family then will work again. ...bel but at time growth the HR and my respected boss give me excuse no increment. My job was secure but my ambition was to got opportunity but company never give me a chance company say me that if you want growth you should give CDP test and you must be pass in test with 87% approx but when I pass test company give me again excuse that we can't increase your salary. When I talk about this to HR they say me that your salary 10000 is already at hike we can't increase if you want growth you must be switch company. After all I resigned and join another company. In reliance my job satisfaction percent was 0.

Very very bad experience about growth in company. Reason for leave company- no promotion, no increment. In company my confidence label going about to die.
