Politics Not a good appraisal Salary is very less while working hard Not good at giving leaves, vacations and all Overall reliance is not good for employees and as well as for the customers. Don't give right information about policies and process Digital Experts work like donkeys They have toh carry and lift the refrigerator and washing machines and very heave things. Ground floor to 1st 2nd floor Even reliance use their own employees for home delivery products. Now you can think how bad is this to working in reliance.

Work atmosphere, salary crediting system. Training is good about the product.

Promotion is due in working period and Hrm settlement is very worst. I had tried for settlement several times but no response from HR and Company side.

It's a great experience with reliance but there is no support for staff and growth is too late i think salary should be nearby 20k for staff because in this costly generation 14k is not enough to survive And incentives are our performance if we hardwork we get more if not then we get less we can't even get a loan offer because of less salary and not a single loan company count incentives as a earning

There is no support for staff if any issue creates at store level we need to pay from our pocket that i don't like at all

Salary very low, team leader salary 14.5k for month,very critical condition for family handling this salary... another brand promoter salary for minimum 25k maximum 38k but reliance digital staff is very poor.... Please understand our digital staff situation 🙏
