Salary very low, team leader salary 14.5k for month,very critical condition for family handling this salary... another brand promoter salary for minimum 25k maximum 38k but reliance digital staff is very poor.... Please understand our digital staff situation 🙏

Expected salary was not drawing atleast old employees should have good salary comparison to new joinee and old employees (above 3yrs) please concern management

The main problem is the warehouse is out of city(20km from Vijay Nagar).it causes transportation costly. Promotion chance is less
