Salary very low, team leader salary 14.5k for month,very critical condition for family handling this salary... another brand promoter salary for minimum 25k maximum 38k but reliance digital staff is very poor.... Please understand our digital staff situation 🙏

I’m working in ResQ since 4.5 years but no any salary increment no any promotion in this company totally all ground team working like donkey.ResQ environment like if your following my order you are doing good.

Salary is worst and sales pressure no promotion from past 2 years and team will be worst

Work atmosphere and salary is worst they make us to work for 8 hours and end of the month cce and crm desk without incentive there salary will be 13-15k with no increment and if it all so 500 rs will be you increment for 1 year
