Very Good Environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are ok good

working hours management and in holiday for employees vis very poor , salary growth is system confusion...growth very slow And there is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

backend team have poor salary when I was there uniform did not change but when I left they changed

Work atmosphere, salary crediting system. Training is good about the product.

Promotion is due in working period and Hrm settlement is very worst. I had tried for settlement several times but no response from HR and Company side.

Should not work here it's horrible no proper salary no week offs no sick leave extra hours to be worked no payment for extra time dirty place to work Reliance should be stopped no proper employee satisfaction it's completely worst place to work

Very worst experience please don't work smart reliance very dirty people if u work there you will be died while you will never get a leave you will not get good payment don't work here there are much more better company than this small and cheap company

They need people for work but people get low Salary, for example my journey started in 2015 that time my salary 11,500/-, am resign in 2024 but salary was 20,350/-, in these 8 years carrier.
