Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. and year appraisal is very low.

Whatever the conditions and communication of Reliance Communications, they are all fine, no work is ever difficult if done in a simple manner. And the best way to work is teamwork, that's what we like best...!

Off roll appraisal is very poor. I am working her from long time but only three time appraisal in my salary. While on roll job is very good for good package and facilities.
