...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

3rd party payroll is worst.. Salary isse in every month... Bad behavior from 3rd party recruter side.. No carrier growth at all... No job security.. Nothing much to learn..

Dislikes

Company does the work of selling policy forcefully from the new employee. Work environment is very bad. Note maintain the employees qualification level. Not provide offer letter and any certificate. It give 3 months time for 1.5lak business, 5 candidate hire. Chain system worked here. Please do not join this company.
