Market standerd for Senior buisness analyst
I am working since last 12.6 yrs in India's top company in oil and gas. I have been working with the same company but have changed dept with avg 4 yrs gap. Currently my all inclusive CTC is 17.3 LPA. Though, it is very less as compared to market standard, how much should I ask as I have started for appearing interviews? How do I negotiate with them. I have various feathers in my cap as a inst engg, automation engineer and a business analyst. Pls suggest market standard CTC. also let me know that what all fields I can try for my career growth?

Dislikes

No career growth for me. Though worked in top management level, and worked for more than 12 years nobody bothered about the salary hike. Always get appreciation but never converted to salary hike. After living job very difficult to convince other company about my competency due to less salary structure. Though I have given my heart and soul to the company in a ownership mindset but no manager thinks for me. Then also I rate the company very high as it is very systematic work culture.

Dislikes

Work culture, work life balance, salary and appraisal are the lowest compare to industry. Management is pathetic and egoistic. Having a self centred egoistic approach that they can sell any shit with brand name Reliance. Baseless and hypothetical approch and targets, Red tappism and dictatorship at its hype.
