Like company but is not working because of the current CEO Mr. Mehul Gandhi who is completely corrupted

Dislikes

Company’s CEO Mr. Mehul Gandhi and his behaviour. He gives hikes and all the facilities to only his favourite employees who will benefit him and because of him company is in bad position I hope any director should come to know what he is doing

Other staff is very friendly and helpful

Dislikes

no over time payment, sometimes and they also call you for work on sunday and don't give us over time money if you tell this to manager they will tell you - first yo collect your collection and do your work.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
