Everything. Starting with salary. It's very low. Working time is not flexible. Sometimes you have to work from 9am to 11pm. One of the worst experience anyone can ever face. If anyone wants to learn and develop their career please don't join here.

I would hve given 0 star rating if possible. This is not office, this is like someones home. No professionalism, no manners, nothing.

Dislikes

There are lots of cons: 1. Unnecessary pressure 2. Salary always late. Sometimes you get after 2 months 3. Doesnt listen to what you say 4. Likes to play boss boss by all family members 5. No overtime allowance 6. No work life balance 7. Ask for WFH and you feel like asking their kidney

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
