... any experienced job seeker. Payment date exceed mostly 15 days to 17 days late. And after resignation your salary will not clear before 1 year if you visit to take it every month two days. And if you not visit then they are not giving last month salary. Hr behave is very worst.

Company’s HR/Manager behaviour is worst. So I am very unhappy workd exp 14 months. A lots of corruption by manager and team leader side.

...l politics, *lacks of knowledge of managers *Worst management *No salary hike *Not received on time salary *There is no moral support from team If you really wanna join this company as a technical person definitely you'll lose your technical knowledge. Especially one brainless creature over there in chennai (Arun - So called centre head) , he'll let his nose in your work every day but he doesn't know anything. Be aware of him and join this company

theirs nothing to like about it if you're an agent and u have good team then u can have fun but mostly the whole process is all about sales

the TL scream on agents like they are animals , no overtime , no compensation when u work on your days off , no PF facilities for agents , no pick n drop facility , the water filtration is terrible if u drink the water u probably inviting sickness. and for support staff the they are made to work after hours , no medical or emergency support cafeteria is bad no hygiene ,, u can see people sitting on stairs n having lunch. the break time is 1hr which includes your tea and bio break . so if u exceed the break u need to stay for aditional half hr

If your work is done and it is not needed, then you will be fired from the job.shift time is strictly, If you come to the office late then there will be payment deduction from salary.You cannot take any leave till 6 months.There is no career growth.If you stay good with the client, you will probably be able to do the job.Otherwise, you will definitely be fired from the job.I would tell from the overall experience never to join this company, better stay at home than this.
