Everything of the company like environment, employees, management etc. are good. It is the best learning place for everyone. Nature and behaviour of everyone's good. I learnt to many things in this company.

The staff and team leaders are cooperative, except the HR department.

Dislikes

There's no work life balance in this consultancy. None of the queries are resolved within the prescribed time. A lot of cooperative politics and favouritism is there. The HR is very non cooperative and they steal the credit every time you try to maintain your image. There's no space for adjustments and flexibility in this company.

Never work for this company....they have no way of talking to their employees. They treat every employee like a dog...sometimes they even use abusive language on their employees. It does not matter whether the employee is old or new.

Senior are very friendly and help you to learn at your pace

Dislikes

They use 2-3 residex credentials for 60+ interns which creates lots of issues in doing your job. Even they don not provide any coffee at tea break only tea otherwise milk shortage
