Field Services Department working cultures are very poor(Kolkata- Easter Zone). Somebody think, they are the owner of this company and misconduct to junior office colleagues.

IN REITZ HR DEPARTMENT IS VERY WORST, THEY DON'T KNOW THE KNOWLEDGE OF HR SYSTEM AND THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH STAFF. WORST DEPARTMENT IN REITZ IS HR DEPARTMENT. THEY BEHAVED WITH STAFF LIKE LABOUR PEOPLE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE DIGNITY.

Management consider all employees are equal and it may give enough time to underperforming employees to look for alternatives.
