Environment is good. People are humble.

No stability. You will keep moving to different remote location if you are project engineer. And each project lasts for less than 1 year only, so no stability no life planning keep moving to New places

First of all company culture and employee safety with medical benefits and time to time consultation with doctors and psycology classes.

Dislikes

Appraisal not good with expectations . More focus on safety culture instead of technical skills . More workload like billing, planning, execution ,safety ,store and many extra others works .

They Manufacture Geostraps in which Quality checking is Zeo, therefore they send quality people to buy printer cartridges & washroom cleaning items, and the person I.e admin who is responsible for this use to see YouTube and do nothing, 12 and more hours of mandatory shifts . Even in lockdown and curfew they used to call people, although they are MNC but nowhere follow MNC culture. They have plant in Gujarat but they use to hide it from everyone. To much internal politics no roles and responsibilities described, they tell there Quality Engineers to check washroom Quality and in & out of plant cleanliness to Quality people.
