I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

...lture in the top most authorities. 2. HR is simply paralized in this company 3. Never received salary in time. 4. Company doesn’t know how to train people from other industry. 5. Got no values.. 6. Need approval from management on almost anything. 7. Favourism 8. You have to work almost 15 hrs.. even sundays you have to work from home.

No stability. You will keep moving to different remote location if you are project engineer. And each project lasts for less than 1 year only, so no stability no life planning keep moving to New places

They Manufacture Geostraps in which Quality checking is Zeo, therefore they send quality people to buy printer cartridges & washroom cleaning items, and the person I.e admin who is responsible for this use to see YouTube and do nothing, 12 and more hours of mandatory shifts . Even in lockdown and curfew they used to call people, although they are MNC but nowhere follow MNC culture. They have plant in Gujarat but they use to hide it from everyone. To much internal politics no roles and responsibilities described, they tell there Quality Engineers to check washroom Quality and in & out of plant cleanliness to Quality people.
