Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Overall Management is good Supporting person is available in company. Specifically RO North (RM) is very good & support for every employees.

Some Permanent employees don't support on Cotractural employees in field work related. Contractual employees handle a full loads on field complain & solve all complain but not support permanent employees.
