1.No Job Security. 2.No E-mail conversation. 3.No good conversation from Manager side, These people don't let employee speak. 4.HR is PG in Masters of Labour Law and Labour welfare from Pune University, but has no respect against employees.

One can get opportunities here against skills you forecast through your work. REI is a company who gives you freestyle and flexibility in working abilities. It allows you to grow according to your suitable skillset. Supportive management in a plus point.

There are rewards for outstanding performance, but I feel they should improve in rewards and recognitions.

Nothing. I was very curious when I cleared all the interview rounds but then they were not responding. I was waiting for more than month now but the position is on hold.

Why is REI conducting interviews if they are not offering offer letter after getting selected in all interviews round. Now I got to know that they will hire someone from internal team. It was not good. I was waiting for more than month for offer letter. The interview was for more than 50min. Each interview were so long

I think team in which we work is more important. Because we spend at least 8 hrs with them. If they are supportive and helpful then your work place become your home. I join this company during Pandemic where we can only connect with people virtually. But I never feel like I am new and I don't know anyone here. My Managers and teammates are really very polite and helpful. Even our Onshore Managers are also calm and supportive.

Till now I don't feel any thing bad in REI.
