in your life 1st time you will experince about half salary system, their is no job security, no warning if boss feel or have mood swing he will ask you to resign, if u want to spoil your resume and carrier then only join this company

Horrible management and treat you like a slave.
Arrogant Management
No job security even and there are many people who they asked to leave immediately.
...s are not counted.
Any critic is taken as negative and you are in a bad book.
Management not having statutory facilities- Like medical insurance and PF not submitted on time and no salary slip provided on time.
Gujju business and no work culture, etiquettes.
This is one of the Worst company you can work for. No Professional culture, no clear policies, worst of All is crediting salary on time is not a hygiene that they maintain. Every month you have to send a request for salary to credit. There are many unethical practices also which takes place for example: offering the position and salary to candidates and revoking the same before a day of joining. Having no regret on the managements face for the same. The reporting managers will always play a safe site and wont take initiative to talk for their team.
Pls take care guys and be aware of such fraudulent companies.
No job security at all,no maternity leave facility,lot of micro management n no manners to respect or treat employees with good Perce forget about appreciation but no value for employees work.
The staff is really supportive and the HR very supportive.
Dislikes
The growth is very limited in the company. Too much micromanagement is done by the management and no freedom of giving your views openly,absolutely no space to speak freely. The salaries are delayed for 3 months also employees are not paid their PFs for past 8 months. Even during Covid they expect employees to work mandatory from office and no work from home. There is no job security for the staff.
