I think nothing is good about this company if we talk about the working enviroment it's worst for the employes and the TL's and mangers just give pressure on the employees to achieve the target if we left with little bit target they send the mail for PIP to the employees really ridiculous company I will never suggest any person to join this company who only presurise the employees only..

There's nothing to like there and work there, everything is fraud 😂, LOP if you do not wear formals, if you do not complete your work, overtime = promotions for favourites, and extra salary for didhadi majdoor

0 work life balance, gadha majdoori, appraisal if you sugar coat, and nain mataka of HR's, managers and seniors

Overall a good company, learned alot , sallery gets credited on 1st evrymonth. Parties , motivated place, good co founder.

Dislikes

Favoritism is there , no work life balance, no proper criteria for promotions. Even on Sundays you have to work on the pressure of targets.

Work culture, no work like balance. We need to work late sometimes also until 11:30 pm . A small suggestion for freshers it's a nice place to start from but you hardly wanna stay there more than for a year.
