Nothing. The company dosent provide any services. No bonus. No job security. No management. No HR. Everything is bad.

Terrible work culture. Toxic environment. They have a time calculating metric system on laptop which records hours. They make an issue even if one day its less. Pathetic HR services. And even more pathetic managers. If you are into digital marketing. Please never join.

...ding to unjustified periods of unpaid leave under the guise of further training. They will not pay you for your work. The HR and your trainers will keep you in the lurch and suddenly they will tell you that you will not be paid for this many days. This approach to hiring is not just unethical; it's downright harmful. It reflects a lack of respect for candidates and a blatant disregard for their well-being. Regenesys has failed to create a supportive and nurturing environment, opting instead for manipulative tactics that leave candidates feeling exploited and undervalued. Prospective applicants beware: Regenesys may not be the place for you. Don't let their flashy facade fool you; beneath it lies a company that prioritizes mistreatment over merit."

...HR was not there. They don't even offer water to people who visit their office Also Salary issues are observed No Health benefits or leaves. 6 days working HR is not at all helpful

What I enjoy the most is the sense of purpose on our work at Regenesys, Being able to market programs that genuinely make a difference in people's lives and careers is fulfilling. Plus, the supportive environment encourages fresh ideas, making every campaign a chance to innovate and grow.

Dislikes

Time Doctor become a distraction, focusing on logging the time instead of the actual work. It discourage exploring new ideas, or tackling tasks outside the defined schedule. Working on Saturday. No proper app track for attendance & leaves.
