Should think 100 times before joining, no job security,no career growth, not benefits even you have negotiate for your salary after getting selected. you will only see one thing here that is Politics from top level to lower. Staff of IT and finance is co-operative.

Dislikes

...The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, you have to work for 10 hrs in a day. If you not achieved your target forget your compensation only you will get half or basic salary. Also there is no job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is pain sometime.

Politics, the more years you spend with them the more disrespect you recieve, owner has no brains there are negative management people who poison the owner just like those daily soaps where we have vamps and the owner is completely under there influence
