We are far away from our birth place but i deeply feel about that this is our another home. Management are very supportive & Co-operative.

Dislikes

Mostly Nothing else. But genuinely I says salary is very minimum today's dearness level doesn't met.

The best thing is,they provide food and accommodation and the training is conducting so well by taking classes and training but the disadvantage of the hotel is the working hour is too high that sometimes we have to work for 16-17 hours a day and besides that the salary is also low and there is no incentive also.

The working hour is high and salary is low

The company didn't force anyone to resign or leave the company during covid-19 complete lockdown period. The company maintained the same folding & lodging standards during that time, also in that no business, time company paid 50% salary to all the staffs.

Likes

Hotel is beautiful. Staffs are well mannered and helpful. HR is active toward safety of employees and takes quick action towards any offences. Accomodation for employees available and good.

Dislikes

Health facilities are poor. Food for employees is below then average in quality.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
