Job security is Less- Especially if your salary is greater than 15 Lacs. Before joining regalix please check the client. If it is reddit don't go. Regalix don't have enough position and clients where they can transfer you.

Working hours (as only night shift is there here), no job security, after 6months company manager will mark you down even for a spelling mistake. No support from your team manager. No work like balance

... training they give you ample amount of time to get ready for your actual job. They are very supportive throughout and treat you the best when you are meeting targets offer good compensation excellent incentives and perks of working with Google come in as good package overall

So the job security is the number on factor you'd be given very few chances, sometimes it's not in your hands the job is very stressful but yeah I'd say a mix of smart work and hardwork always paya off

Worst company ever specially the Google ads project, please guys don't get lured with the package they provide, they will throw you out in just 2 months stating that you underperformed, please don't join . Pleaseee even if you perform great it totally depends on the luck. Worst company ever.

Everything specially the HR and transition management apart from that the team leads on floor.

There is nothing that can be liked about. In the beginning, it feel like Lala land but end up being a terrible hot lava land..

Team managers are not supportive. There are no benefits except for salary. Your incentives will be deducted for smallest misses. Work hard a complete month and loose in the end.. Unless you are working hard and getting numbers, your mistakes can be ignored. The day you miss on numbers, every thing will be a zero tolerance policy according to them..
