Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I don’t really appreciate the company as I worked about 2yrs and gave an outstanding performance even then they didn’t give increments or bonus to me, wen they did this year due to office egos nd cheap politics and that’s the reason I quite the company. Pure stupid hr nd management.

No job appreciation how much ecr you work hard.. I was the only one working during COVID 19 at 2020 but wen I was affected in 2021 period the company didn’t pay but it’s ok they even tried to fire me .. no respect for engineers stupid hr nd management
