1. Salary is delayed, second week of month it's credited. 2. Marwari firm, so marwaris are favoured. Strongly encourage people from other communities to sit out/ignore this one, if you get a call, unless you have financial difficulties. 3. Sometimes they'll turn off AC, lift apparently to save electricity. Office is on 5th, 6th, 7th floors. Employees sweat it out in there. A lot of the women fall sick often in office premises. 4. Donot join if you are a woman employee & a non marwari, no matter how much they pay, unless there is wfh. 5. Red tapism 6. No cafeteria, no breakout area. You can break for a total of 30 mins from your entire day, even if there is no work. 7. Poor work culture, lot of politics especially as there are under qualified people in management positions or in position of responsibility. 8. They'll sweet talk at the time of hiring, don't fall for it. Once hired it's only threats & insults. Join only if you are in dire need. 9. Always in hiring as employees are either resigning or are being fired.

Typical Maruwari and fully "unorganised" organisation. Dont intend to implement or enhance any employee good feel factor in the plant. No Goal sheet no KPI , no evaluation at the end of FY.

Its a typical 'Maruwari' venture. Very poor while taking the strategy and planning towards Sales & Marketing and Factory Operations which is obviously includes of Budget,Technical issues and employee work culture. RRPL can flourish if they improve the thought process from Register maintain to digital support.
