1. Good building and infrastructure. 2. Salary paid on time. 3. Eligible employees have free canteen facility.

1. Financially not strong, No other source of income. personally faced challenge to get bank loan approval. 2. Only 15-20 people work, mostly junior, Freshers and GETs. 3. Dull work environment, 2-year bond, No career growth. 4. Germany visits are not great, no training or tourism possible. Offred container hotel room to stay. Visits are in offseason (winter). only one visit in two years. 5. Once you sign bond, no increase for two years, incentive paid 50%. If you denied then probation extended. 6. No management, No HR best practices 7. Managers has no power and not involved in in any decisions. MD dictates and micromanages everything. old people (5) do not listen to managers. 8. Mostly new employees resign within probation period.

Someone once said when your luck turn bad, you end up joining this company. Just as not very Indian lives in slum, not every so called German company is great. No experience of management. Like frog in puddle believing it's in ocean, they lack perspective. company not suitable for experience person. They operate on projects. when there is money you are hired. when there is none you are fired. No vision, no plan. it like going gym and using steroids without building core strength eventually leading to failure. Someone should really investigate how they handle finances, specially how they use money received from their subsidiary. They loves publicity, your photos and personal achievement are used for advertising. Not all google reviews are genuine. investigate before joining. Do not sign bond. Experience professional should stay away

As such onky payment will come on time

Lot of dislikes: 1. No one neither Manager nor MD know what is happening in organization. 2. Only they want to increase the head count. 3. Management only ask for project without any time lines like sleep for 75% tike and they want project in 25%. 4. They will never let you grow only self learning is possible. Even if ask don't to manager or senior members sitting in germany. They will not respond. At some point you will feel helpless. 5. Zero job security, when they get job, they will hire and when they don't they will fire because they have null planning. ONLY person secured are Jagdih (MD), Ashvin(Manager), Sushim (Dy. MANAGER), Shivaji (Officer), and Rohit (Purchase). These person only govern the company. 6. Very bad company, they don't retain the GET. 7. Seniors and Managers are also not secure here. Any moment in evening MD Jagdish will come and tell you that don't come from tommorow. Please stay away from such company.
