I am no more working with Refteck solution Pvt Ltd but they are handling the situation well enough and following all kind of safety measures.

Dislikes

I believe my salary was lower than what I deserved and the work load was more according to that. Rest everything there is very good.

I had the privilege of working at Refteck solutions for almost 3 years. My time there was incredibly rewarding, professionally. The company’s processes were ahead of their time, especially for a city like Jabalpur as a MNC, and its global operations gave me valuable exposure to international business practices. Starting as a Junior Associate, I grew within the company to become a Senior Associate and almost logistics team Lead. During my tenure, I gained hands-on experience in supply chain operations and had the opportunity to represent the company at key client sites, such as Adani Power Plant in Udupi, to address client queries and ensure smooth operations. These experiences were instrumental in shaping my skills and confidence. Today, I am working in the oil and gas industry as a Field Specialist located across southern and eastern countries of Africa, I find myself utilizing the knowledge and expertise I gained at Refteck. It’s especially fulfilling to now be an end-user of the products we once supplied. I am grateful for the opportunities, mentorship, and professional growth I experienced during my time there. I highly recommend Refteck Solutions to anyone looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking workplace. It’s a company that not only values its employees but also prepares them for future success. The work culture in the company is really good, specially the management is really supportive and understanding. I have learnt a lot being here for the last 2 years. The seniors and managers are extremely helpful. I jave grown so much unders the guidence of each and everyone here.

There is nothing which i dislike about the company but the only thing that i would like to be improved is the pay scale.

There is a lot of politics and that doesn't good for health as it distract us.

Management and seniors behaviour is partial..they didn't recognise competent employees always throw them out of the company. They should focus on overall growth of company and employees..

Bad behaviour towards competent employees and didn't focus on work culture.. employees and managers are always busy in back bitching of other employees.
