... would definitely try to implement, by any chance if it is practically possible. Despite me being a remote employee, my growth opportunities and compensation are far beyond my expectations. With a focus on encouraging women employees, I am really satisfied to be a part of the organization.

Being remote, I could hardly get something to learn, as training sessions are offline generally

Most of seniors are cool and helping in nature. Top management is very cool and friendly towards all employees. Work-hour flexibility is really good policy. Work from home once a week is the best policy.

Salary gets credited on 3rd-7th of next month. Its bad cycle for salary payment.

They will hire someone with least experience and someone in dire need of the Job and then will exploit them to the limit they cant continue to do thier job happily , its a nightmare to join this company these are fraud people

...ally Abusing to employess every time just for nothing for prooving supremacy, Very bad treatment and behaviour on holidays , every day late night shifts , no extra compensation for extra late night works, weekend off more of repeated work, managers have huge communication gaps and they are incompetent and will force you to do stupid things every now and then. No oppurtunity to growth There are jokers that dont even know how to speak to your colleagues and often speak ill about you all the time The Manager SR is an idiot

This company offered me a work-from-home model so that I could manage my newborn baby without giving up on my ambition to work. Six years later, now, I'm managing a team and delivering client success. There is no looking back with Refract.

My team is working in a silo, all from home; hence unable to meet. Virtual meeting differs and physically meeting your colleagues is different.
