Pramotion & annual increment not given to deserve candidate. A engineer salary is below of 30000,, but one supervisor salary is 25000, this is very poor condition for engineers.

Job security as long as you work honestly and dedicatedly. They are trying to be more employee friendly with the inclusion of employee stock options grant and other such schemes.

There is no process oriented approach. There is huge pay disparity but with new hiring this is improving.

There are numerous opportuninity in the company to get involved into new projects and new product development. Inter departmental posting opportunities are huge. Very vast variety of companies are there in group. Job security is there only if you are honest with your work.

Dislikes

Management/ HR likes to hire a new person on higher salary instead of giving a good hike to existent employee. Despite of having office in other city also there is no base relocation option available.

The Promotes of the Company very caring and down to earth. Employees are given the opportunity to work independently which makes them more confident and self reliant. At the entire organization level, ESOPs have been granted to all the employees from highest level to the lowest level.

Dislikes

Female employees are highly pampered which is not good for any organization.
